Cascade Wellness Resort offers first-class year-round training facilities in an outstanding climate and a private atmosphere, with two top quality natural grass football pitches, pitch-side accommodation of the highest standards, transportation, full-board, as well as a fully equipped gym and a spa. All on-site, in a 5-star luxury resort which has the perfect conditions to welcome both players and technical staff in total comfort and privacy.

Located only an hour away from Faro International Airport, linking the Algarve to all northern European countries, with a flight time of around 2 – 3 hours, Cascade Resort is the ideal base for your team´s next football training camp.

  • Football Pitches

    Near the apartments area, 2 full-sized (FIFA approved) natural grass pitches and one half sized (FIFA approved) natural grass pitches.

  • Gym

    Indoor gym with natural daylight, fully equipped with Technogym® 1000 sqm of outdoor spinning and bootcamp area.

  • Food Plan

    Kitchen team with a wide expericence in welcoming and working together with both the technical and medical teams to comply with your athlete’s food plan.

  • Spa

    Spa with outdoor pool deck, jacuzzi, turkish bath, sauna and ice fountain.

  • Rooms

    The central hotel area comprises 6 meeting rooms, perfect for planning and training sessions.

  • Swimming Pools

    Two outdoor swimming pools. Located on main hotel area swimming pool and at the Spa.
