• CASCADE WELLNESS RESORT reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions, discounts, benefits, or Rewards pertaining to the Programme at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect confirmations already made.
• The benefits of the Cascade Rewards programme are only valid for reservations made through the Cascade Wellness Resort website. Reservations made through other platforms or intermediaries do not give access to these benefits even if the client is a member of the programme.

SUNSEASAND, SA., From now on CASCADE WELLNESS RESORT is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of personal data, and in the scope of its activity, may resort to entities subcontracted by itself for the purposes indicated herein.

Personal data is any information of any nature and regardless of its support, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Any person who can be identified directly or indirectly, namely by reference to an identification number or one or more specific elements of his / her physical, physiological, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity, shall be considered identifiable. 

CASCADE WELLNESS RESORT collects and treats, among others, the following personal data:

• Reservations: name, email address, telephone number, address, method of payment and reservation details 
• Recruitment: name, e-mail address and resume 
• Newsletter: name, e-mail address, country. 

By browsing the website, CASCADE WELLNESS RESORT may collect information about the computer, including IP address, operating system and browser used for administrative purposes and aggregation of information for our advertisers.
