We recommend to schedule treatments at the spa when booking the stay or at least 24 hours in advance.
Packages included in the stay will be scheduled automatically, subject to availability.
Arrival time
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. With your reservation, you will receive a confirmation with our contact information.
We appreciate that if you are expecting to arrive late, please contact us.
Safety Rules
We are committed to ensuring a safe environment by following the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the General Directorate of Health (DGS).
- Hand disinfection is recommended before starting the treatment and entering the spa. Companions are not allowed.
- For your protection and use, hand sanitizer is available at the entrance of the spa.
- For treatments, we ask that you present with the minimum amount of personal items possible (such as jewelry, watches, etc.).
Payment
We recommend electronic payment, preferably using a contactless method. If the payment is made in cash, please pay with the exact cost, sanitising your hands before and after touching the cash.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations made less than eight hours before the scheduled time for the treatment. If you simply do not show up for your appointment, you will have to pay the full cost of the appointments made. If you are a hotel guest, the cost of the missed appointments will be charged directly to your room. If you are not a guest, the appointments will only be confirmed after payment is received or credit card details are provided.
