Can I use the spa without staying at the hotel?

Yes, you can either book a massage or treatment directly with the spa or purchase a day pass to access the spa's outdoor heated pool, sauna and Turkish bath. The remaining swimming pools are exclusively for hotel guests

What is the temperature of the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna?

The pool's temperature may vary depending on the outside temperature, usually ranging from 25°C to 28°C. The jacuzzi is between 28°C and 30°C, and the sauna is between 90°C and 95°C.

How far in advance should I make a reservation at the spa?

The lead time varies depending on the flow and seasonal period. We recommend a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Can I use the rest of the spa facilities if I book a treatment?

When you book a treatment at the spa, you'll have access to the spa’s outdoor heated pool, sauna, and Turkish bath for a total of 3 hours, except when booking aesthetic treatments.
